NTAG Portland

As the Program Analyst for Navy Recruiting Portland, I meticulously tracked, analyzed, and reported daily analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Command Leadership using Salesforce/ARM and PRIDE MOD platforms. Moreover, I assumed responsibility for planning and delivering training sessions on Salesforce/ARM and PRIDE MOD to 18 out of 26 Program analysts nationwide. This initiative aimed to equip them with the skills to set up custom dashboards and utilize data effectively to ensure success for their respective recruiting commands.


Additionally, I spearheaded the proposal and implementation of innovative recruiting techniques, resulting in surpassing the recruiting command's goals by 12% for FY20 and 15% for FY21. My efforts extended to reporting analytics and KPIs for monthly and quarterly awards ceremonies with 100% accuracy, contributing to the recognition of deserving individuals with prestigious accolades such as NAMS, Gold Wreaths, and Sailor of the Month/Quarterly/Yearly awards.


Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I collaborated with the E-talent team to create content for social media channels, utilizing DOD-approved images and videos. Leveraging multiple data sources, I aligned reports and insights based on recurring KPIs to identify trends and opportunities in targeted areas, thereby enhancing recruiting efforts for the command.


Furthermore, I liaised with the chain of command to comprehend the Navy's evolving needs and identify opportunities for recruiting in challenging markets. Lastly, I delivered comprehensive training and materials on Salesforce/ARM to Sailors at the Talent Acquisition Onboarding Center in Portland, ensuring they were equipped with the necessary tools for success.
